SFG was founded in 1999 by Richard Plishka.

Mr. Plishka, a former Retail Executive first opened North Jersey Tax Service and after several years found his clients were looking for more than a Tax Advisor and Tax Preparer so he expanded his services and formed Source Financial Group.

Mr. Plishka has over 25 years experience in managing businesses  ranging from $5 milion to over  $100 million a year from single unit to multi unit companies. 

     His Resume also includes: 

• Market Manager for a Fortune 500 company , manageing a Sales Team that coverd 2 states
• Principal in a Franchisor of Regional  Convenience Stores.
• Vice President and Board Member of  Business Development Company.
• Senior Tax Advisor for a National Tax  Company.
• Owner of a Tax Office, a Real Estate Closing Firm and a Business Consulting Firm

Mr. Plishka is a member and supporter of several organizations.

He serves as the Secretary, Treasurer and Board Chair of

Triangle For Performing Arts a 501c Non-Profit

that provides oportunity to youth interested in music and perfornace art.

As a Licensed Insurance Professional,

 he also dedicates his time assisting seniors and the disabled in need of services
